A 1930s neighbourhood park in the heart of the Solari-Savona area, now named after the priest Luigi Giussani but still "parco Solari" to everyone. Under six hectares packed with plane trees, with sports pitches, a dog area and plenty of retirees playing bocce.
On the via Montevideo side is the Solari swimming pool, a rationalist indoor building from 1963 still in use. It is not a day-trip park but the green lung of a densely lived-in part of the city, always full of children in the afternoon.
